Is nationalizing GM an underhanded way to put a GPS on every persons car?

GM vehicles all have OnSTAR, which has a GPS tranciever in the electronics package. Is taking over GM the start of the End times, where everybodys car can be tracked by the government. How much longer until we all need to have a "paychip" inserted into our hand.

1. Not that long I’m afraid. On the bright side, Obama neglected the air force in favor of his foot soldiers and maintenance on the NavStar system is way behind schedule. With any luck OnStar won’t work in a few years anyway.
