Where do I report a GM dealer who falsifies un-warrantied repair claims to GM for personal benefit?
A GM dealer performs warranty work on vehicles after the warranty has expired to keep repeat customers coming back as loyal customers when they buy new vehicles. If other dealers are doing the same this is a contributing factor to GM bankruptcy and the taxpayers bailout with our money.

- Most of the dealership are owned and operated privately. There are not many dealership that willing to go above and beyond their responsible to keep the costumers returning. The repair to the vehicle does not contribute to the GM bankrupt nor uses our taxpayer money. It come out of the owner (dealership) pocket. Be happy that you still have that will keep costumers happy. To answer your question, you may want to call the "Better Business Bureau".
- So you want to report a privately owned dealership that's trying to help a repeat customer in order to KEEP them buying GM vehicles, thus keeping GM sales up.... Wow....OK...makes perfect sense.... ...and your drama filled concern would contribute about .0005% of GM's financial problems. You're the type of person that looks out their window every time a car door shuts and watch them with a pair of binoculars aren't you? lol Anyway, if it's that much of a concern to you then contact the BBB or your State Attorney General.
- I bet you are a Democrat to
