  1. Well both are very good places to live. Heres the Jist of things. Both have parking capabilites, with guards who protect your car. Millender center is connected to the people mover and to the Renisance center, which is really nice, if you want to go to the post office, or watch a movie, because its walking distance. Millender is also more expensive than the Pavilion. The Pavilion has its own barbershop, own park called the Lafayette Park, its right next to the Eastern Market, and to Greektown and the Highway. Which is a plus. It is a closed gated community, and like Millender has its benefits, just a bit more farther than downtown. Still very good. Pavilion is cheaper for rent. Overall its your choice. If you have a car Pavilion is good, if not Millender, because its closer to things really.
  2. Millender Center definitely has the best location downtown for anyone who works downtown. There are also the Riverfront Apartments, which are next to Joe Louis and have a really nice view of Canada and the Detroit River. They are a bit farther for anyone thinking about walking to work downtown, but still totally doable.
