What are some of the most important vacant buildings in Detroit that are at greatest risk?

There are some historically important and beautiful buildings in Detroit that are sitting vacant and are falling victim to the elements. To anyone here who knows Detroit well- what are some of the most important pieces of the Detroit skyline that are sitting idle- that are at risk of crumbling apart- but that should be restored?
